BEWARE of UMAX Mortgage. He did not lock our rate when he said he would.He did not follow through or stay on top of our loan process and when rates went up and he could not live up to his promises he disappeared for 3 months not returning emails or phone calls after we spent almost $1000 on appraisals which he said hes return and didnt.He is the perfect case of when it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.
