I love UMB Bank as my main bank, but this locations customer service is not so great. The only reason I gave it 2 stars is because it has a Keurig machine and snacks for customers.The front desk customer service has consistently been the snobbiest Ive seen at any bank.After giving them several different tries, I think Ill stick to any of the other locations (despite my work being within a block of this location).If the other locations tellers had the customer service skills similar to this locations, I would have moved banks years ago.Go to the location on 8th and Colorado blvd, their Bowles location in Littleton, or their Stapleton location; they are way better!
