We used Robert at university mortgage because our relator recommended him, weve worked with this relator before and he is someone we trust.We were so dissatisfied at the level of service we have received from University Mortgage.Phone calls were unreturned, emails unanswered. Things were not sent to us OR turned into the lender in a timely matter.The worst part was they took absolutely NO responsibility for it. They just didnt care.We shouldve kicked them to the curb the first time they dropped the ball.Bottom line-they got their money and thats ALL they cared about.I give them ZERO stars!
