I contacted Urban Nest Realty a few weeks ago after I learned that my husband and I needed to relocate quickly for his new job.I related some of our circumstances to Kim (two small pets and a satisfied eviction from many years ago) in the hopes she could assist us in finding a place to buy or rent.Her response was a prompt “sorry, but an eviction is a deal breaker. Good luck.Jokes on her: we not only found the perfect place to rent, but took our business to professionals who are more polite and less lazy and are now in our due diligence for a house were going to put an offer in on next week.My advice to Urban Nest: just because a client might have a couple of challenging circumstances doesnt mean that money is an issue.Thank heavens that our hard earned money was never given to her.Summary: terrible realtor.
