This preparer USA Income Tax Services did around 10 years of our taxes and made mistakes all 10 years. We have received letters for the last 3 years from the IRS due to these mistakes.After he corrected two past years of them we then heard from IRS again this past year and I called him.His receptionist answered and said she would give him the message so as I was preparing to send him the IRS letter.I get a letter from him stating we were asking a level of service he cant provide then dropped us as clients.Tax preparers should fix the mistakes.This preparer did not.
