I would rate Valley National Bank as the worst bank in the city. Ran by a bunch of rude people that dont want to do the job they are supposed to do. I wouldnt recommend this bank to anybody.While standing waiting for someone to actually help me I witnessed the manager talk To a customer on the phone as if the person was dumber than she is.Then she slammed the phone down and processed to loudly speak about the conversation in front of other customers.The only reason I gave one star is because there isnt a negative star option.
