My son had a sleep study done Valley Regional Sleep Disorders, his doctor has repeatedly requested the report and has not received it, my son has tried to call.the phone is never picked up, it just rings and rings, the one time his wife got thru she got the answer machine.She left a message saying we need the report asap as its holding up my sons surgery and got NO call back, NO report sent to doc NOTHING.What kind of place operates like this? They literally have spent days trying to call and get thru to someone.Disgraceful. Its literally been several months waiting on this report. Save yourself a lot of hassle and go somewhere else.
