All banks are the same. Vernon-Commerce Credit Union’s offer almost the exact same products as their competitors. So all they have to offer differently is customer service.This branch did not deliver. I Spoke to a banker, didn’t get a welcome handshake, she asked no questions, and didn’t stand up to shake my hand after the transaction was over.Very unprofessional, doubt I’ll ever walk in here again. Considering how hidden this branch is and the lack of consumer business they’ll see, they should value every single encounter possible.I know it’s new, but that should be all the more reason to stand out above the rest.The tellers seemed to be friendly to the customers, but the banker…not so much.Perhaps I was profiled and considered a person with nothing valuable to offer.Or maybe I’m just having a bad day and the vibes are contagious.Nonetheless, I’ll keep my main banking elsewhere.
