Use caution with Waterstone Mortgage Corporations staff in McKinney and/or Corporate.They will make false claims (about their knowledge and experience) and then claim you have been denied due to incomplete application after theyve had everything for three weeks.We were buying a custom home with acreage and their McKinney office said “Sure, we know all about ranches, do them all the time.Two weeks later they call me to ask “What is a Wilderness Exemption and how does it work? Are you kidding me.Awful experience with a bunch of liars. Good news, we bought a home using a real Mortgage lender.
