I purchased a jacket from west nineties and they had a deal on as it wasnt far from Black Friday which they did a 60% off deal and any purchases over $100 qualified you to receive a free hoody, I was sceptical at first but I saw the posts on their Instagram page of people receiving these items so I went ahead and purchase the jacket and hoody as Christmas gifts, in total after being changed to sterling pounds it came to a total of £77 and they said my delivery would take between 3-5 working days like any normal company.However, it has been nearly a month now, and now I know Ive been scammed. They dont reply to emails, Facebook messages, twitter messages, Instagram messages or snapchats! Im just disappointed as it was a large amount of money spent on Christmas presents which I know I wont be getting now. Please help guys!Billy
