The company I did a home equity loan with sold it to WSFS Bank.I could not get my online account set up until I called them directly, and while on the phone with them had to give them an additional phone number so they could call me with a “security code to confirm the account.Thought the hassle was over after that NO. Got into my account, tried to set up bill pay (because mind you, all I have received at this point is that I have to make my monthly payment, no invoice or coupons have been received).I get an error message that its an account that cant be paid online! So I call once more, and am told I cant make online payments with them, I have to go to my own bank and have them do it.WHAT?!?! I told the lady, my mortgage company lets me pay online, my credit cards let me pay online, but you wont? That makes no sense.So now I guess someone in IT or online whatever is supposed to call me to see what they can do.I guess they dont want my money very bad. Or, their banking system is stuck in the 1990s.
